Shipping policy
Customs duties and taxes are covered.
Delivery Time Estimates:
- United States: 6 - 15 business days
- Canada: 7 - 14 business days
- Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days
Delivery Details:
- All orders are typically shipped from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of the order being placed (excluding customizable items).
- Delivery times depend on the courier and cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable delays caused by busy periods, traffic, and weather conditions.
- Kindly note that deliveries to remote locations may experience longer delays. When delayed, it may take up to 4-6 weeks for a successful delivery.
- We are not responsible for any address errors, lost packages, or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
- We do not offer express shipping at this time.

Order & Shipping Process:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 6–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order’s journey on our tracking page. You’ll also be notified when your order is shipped and delivered.
Order Cancellations & Changes:
Our team processes orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If you have an incorrect shipping address please reach out to us at loueandli@gmail.com
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
Order Issues:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at loueandli@gmail.com with photos and videos.
Do note that any defective orders reported after 7 days of delivery are not eligible for replacements.
